I taught another Thai cooking class on Pad Thai this week to my Mothers’ of Preschoolers (MOPS) small group friends. While teaching it I was reminded how for me the hardest part about making Pad Thai is getting the rice noodles just right. Continue Reading
I was craving Pad See Ew so bad I felt like I was about to throw a tantrum on the floor like my three-year-old does if I didn’t eat it today. Continue Reading
My Thai sister-n-law Oi was looking at a Thai recipe on her computer, and got super excited. I asked her what it was, and she said it was a Thai omelette with Mama (Thai instant noodles) and cheese, and I thought I heard her wrong. Continue Reading

I was never a fan of tasteless American instant noodles—the ridiculously cheap ones called Maruchan Ramen that give legit Japanese ramen a bad name. In college I always resorted to Easy Mac for a quick meal over Ramen.
